How It All Started
We started where most people start: with a kitchen counter full of half-empty bottles. Pre-workout. Greens. Electrolytes. Nootropics. Multivitamins. A bag of pills that someone on a podcast swore by. And still having groggy mornings, jittery workouts, a 2pm crash that hit like a truck.
So we did some digging, and realized the dirty secret of the supplement industry: most of the supplements out there were 80% filler and proprietary blends, or with doses so low they couldn't possibly do anything. The science said 200mg L-theanine. The bottle had 30. No wonder nothing worked how it claimed.
