How it started
We started where most people start: with a kitchen counter full of half-empty bottles. Pre-workout. Greens. Electrolytes. Nootropics. Multivitamins. A bag of L-theanine someone on a podcast swore by. And still — groggy mornings, jittery workouts, a 2pm crash that wouldn't quit.
So we read the labels. Compared the doses. And realized the dirty secret of the supplement aisle: most of the "morning stacks" out there were 80% filler and proprietary blends, with the actives dosed so low they couldn't possibly do anything. The science said 200mg L-theanine. The bottle had 30. The math didn't math.
We built Bettr to be the morning drink we wanted to buy. One scoop. Five outcomes — energy, hydration, focus, clarity, stamina. Every ingredient on the label at the dose the studies actually used. No proprietary blends. No "natural flavor" hiding 15 ingredients. No influencer budget.
