We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping

  • 3–5 business days
  • $7.95 flat rate
  • FREE on all subscription orders

Please note: delivery timelines may be impacted by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are processed and shipped same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will ship the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, tracking information will be emailed to the address used at checkout.

 

Shipping to PO Boxes & Military Addresses

Yes — we ship to PO Boxes and military addresses.

 

Address Changes After Ordering

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@performbettr.com.

While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.

 

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Use the Contact Us form on our website, or

We’ll help investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Returns & Refunds

To keep this guarantee fair and sustainable for all customers, refund eligibility depends on order type.

1-Tub Orders (One-Time Purchase)

✔ Fully covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee
✔ No return required
✔ Simply email info@performbettr.com to initiate
✔ We may ask for brief feedback (optional)

 

2+ Tub Orders (One-Time Purchases / Bundles)

To qualify for a refund:

✔ All unopened tubs must be returned
✔ A pre-paid return label will be provided by Bettr
✔ Refunds are issued once returned items are received and verified

If all tubs in the order have been opened, the order may not qualify for a refund under our guarantee.
However, we encourage you to email info@performbettr.com, and we’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis.

 

Subscription Orders (Month 2+ Deliveries)

For subscription customers receiving a second or subsequent shipment (month 2 and beyond):

✔ To qualify for a refund, the tub must be unopened
✔ The unopened tub must be returned to us
✔ A refund will be issued after the return is received and verified

Opened subscription tubs from month 2+ are not eligible for a refund.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account to avoid unwanted future shipments.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds may take up to 12 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ll gladly provide a free replacement.

Reporting a Damaged or Defective Product

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email info@performbettr.com with:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
