Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will ship the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, tracking information will be emailed to the address used at checkout.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
Yes — we ship to PO Boxes and military addresses.
Address Changes After Ordering
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@performbettr.com. While we'll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.
