Give Bettr Morning a fair shot. If you don't feel sharper, steadier, and more in control within 30 days of receiving your first order, email us and we'll refund the full purchase price. No friction, no forms, no shipping the tub back.
How to request a refund
- Email support@performbettr.com from the email address used at checkout
- Include your order number and a brief note about how it didn't work for you
- We'll process the refund within 3–5 business days to the original payment method
Subscription orders
Subscription customers can pause, skip, or cancel any time from their customer account — in two clicks, with no cancellation fee. Renewals are processed on the date shown in your account; cancellations made before that date will prevent the next charge.
Refunds on subsequent subscription shipments (after the first one) are reviewed case by case — please reach out and we'll make it right.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but it hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing after 5 business days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
